Every submission is reviewed by a consultant, not routed through a queue.

Usually the same day. We will either propose a call or ask the two or three questions we need to scope the mandate.

Once the brief is clear, we send terms and start the search. Most mandates are live within 48 hours of first contact.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge candidates?
No. Talent Gate is engaged and paid by employers. Candidates never pay us for representation or placement.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on the service, the seniority of the role, and the volume. Permanent placements are typically a percentage of first-year salary; contract and outsourced staffing are billed monthly. We will confirm terms in writing before any search begins.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Our primary market is the UAE, but we source candidates globally and place across the wider GCC on request.
How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?
For most permanent roles, three to five shortlisted candidates within 10–14 business days. Contract and volume mandates move faster.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential searches?
Yes. Confidential replacement searches and executive mandates are a regular part of our work.
